supplementary permit from the Colonial Secretary

in London.

Mr. Page is further informed by the

Secretary of State that while Mr. Freche has not been

naturalised in the United States he has for twenty

years held a commission as missionary for the Board

of Foreign Missions of the Lutheran Synod of Missouri,

Ohio, and other states.
